All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 14 days upon receiving the order.
All returned goods must be:
Unworn
Undamaged
Unwashed
Unaltered
With original tags attached
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our team. Items must be returned in its original package.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
You must receive the RA# from our sales representative for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#. All credits will be applied as credit towards your next purchase. Credit card refunds cannot be issued.

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and Return Label
